The Geissele Automatics Super Modular Rail MK14 in 15 inches gives AR-15 builders who prefer a slimmer-diameter handguard the extended length they need for a forward grip position and full-length top rail — without moving up to the larger outer diameter of the MK16.

The Geissele Automatics SMR MK14 is a 15-inch M-LOK free float AR-15 handguard machined from 7000-series aluminum, combining the MK14's reduced-diameter slim profile with the reach of a full-length rail.

At 1.52 inches outside diameter and 2.02 inches in height, the MK14 sits noticeably slimmer than the MK16, allowing shooters with smaller hands to get a comfortable forward grip without adapting their technique. The 15-inch length moves the support hand well forward of the gas block on a standard 16-inch barrel, improving control and reducing muzzle movement during rapid-fire strings. The included 2.25-inch Geissele barrel nut creates a straight, secure fit to the receiver that holds zero across temperature cycling and repeated reinstallation better than standard barrel nuts. Full-length Picatinny top rail provides a continuous optic and accessory mounting surface from receiver to the handguard's end.
