338 ARC requires a purpose-built feed path, and most AR-15 builds overlook the one component that matters most. The Faxon Match Series 9-inch 338 ARC Gunner Complete Upper solves that with a fully assembled, drop-in-ready upper built from the receiver up for this cartridge.

This complete upper receiver group ships with a bolt carrier group and charging handle installed. Everything above the lower receiver is included, giving you the shortest build path from stripped lower to a running 338 ARC pistol or SBR.

The foundation is Faxon's 338 ARC Enhanced Forged AR-15 Upper Receiver with 338 ARC-specific feed ramps engineered to reliably cycle both subsonic and supersonic loads. Standard AR-15 uppers with 5.56 feed ramps are not designed for this case geometry. The 9-inch Match Series Gunner-profile barrel features a 1:5 twist optimized for the heavier projectiles the cartridge is designed around.

Faxon's patented adjustable .750-inch low-profile gas block paired with a pistol-length stainless gas tube provides the dwell-time control needed to tune for suppressed use, host variation, and ammo selection. The MuzzLok Plan B compatible flash hider with 5/8x24 thread and .375-inch bore provides a direct suppressor mount path.

The Faxon Streamline M-LOK handguard keeps the package compact while providing accessory mounting space.
