The Haley Strategic D3CR or Disruptive Environment Chest Rig is designed to be adaptive to whatever your mission is. The D3CR is very low profile stand alone rig can be worn under a loose jacket with minimal printing. On the chest rig on either side are two Multi-Mission pouches that can be used for whatever fits your mission. In the center of the chest rig there is a full field of velcro that supports Haley Strategic's inserts allowing you to customize your chest rig to fit your needs.
