Standard handguards lack the internal clearance to accommodate a suppressor, and this design addresses that directly with a 1.67" inner diameter that provides the space needed to run a suppressor beneath the rail without modification.

The Suppressor Series M-LOK AR-15 Free Float Handguard is a free float handguard designed for suppressor-equipped AR-15 builds, featuring a 1.67" inner diameter that provides clearance for a suppressor tucked beneath the handguard across a 12.63" length.

The 1.67" inner diameter is the key feature that separates this handguard from standard designs, providing the internal clearance required to run a suppressor beneath the handguard without contact. Seven sides of M-LOK across the 12.63" length give users broad accessory mounting coverage, and an included 5-slot polymer M-LOK Picatinny rail section adds Picatinny compatibility wherever needed. The full-length Picatinny top rail supports optics and iron sights, and indexing tabs lock the handguard securely against the receiver to prevent rotation under fire. Two integral QD sling sockets are integrated into the handguard. No barrel nut timing is required — torque it and the handguard tightens against it. Fully dehorned and deburred edges ensure a clean, snag-free feel.
