This barrel is threaded and allows the attachment of 1/2"x28 TPI compatible devices or thread protectors. The flutes cut into the barrel add some SI styling while also reducing weight and increasing cooling. It is made from pre-hardened 416R stainless steel with a durable Black Nitride finish for corrosion resistance and high tensile strength to hold up over time.
